  • Advanced Lead Belay and Falling

    Advanced Lead Belay and Falling

    Become a stronger, safer, and more confident lead climber in our Advanced Lead Belay & Falling Class. Designed for lead-certified climbers of all levels, this course goes beyond the basics to explore advanced belay techniques, rope management, positioning, weight differentials, and managing challenging fall scenarios. You'll also develop practical tools for overcoming fear, improving clipping efficiency, and becoming more comfortable taking falls in a controlled and supportive environment.

  • Women+ Climbing Clinic

    Women+ Climbing Series

    Designed for beginner to intermediate climbers, our Women+ Clinic is a 6-week class that introduces women and gender expansive folks to rock climbing in a safe and welcoming environment.

Whether you are looking to lead your first climb, or you are hoping to boost your skills, this course will help you reach your goals and meet other like minded people at the gym.

  • Advanced Women+ Climbing Series

    Advanced Women+ Climbing Series

    As the final course in our Women+ Series, this course is your gateway to pushing past climbing plateaus. Our experienced staff will cover a variety of themes, ranging from advanced power and efficiency techniques, to better lead climbing and belaying, projecting, and managing fear while climbing.

  • Climbing 101: Climbing Fundamentals

    New to climbing? During this 4-week program, we will discuss and practice how to move efficiently while climbing, cover the basics of climbing terminology and equipment care & use, and introduce you to three different climbing disciplines: Bouldering, Top Roping and using Auto-Belays.

  • Climbing 201: Gym to Crag

    Are you excited to start climbing outside? Designed for graduates of Climbing 101 or beginner to intermediate climbers with prior experience top rope climbing indoors, this course will function to apply skills learned inside to an outdoor context.
