Join Esther Smith, DPT of Grassroots Physical Therapy, for a 3-part clinic series that explores fascial-based training techniques for climbers. This movement approach builds joint capacity, max strength, and power, while also providing healing loads and progressions for the areas of our body that are most vulnerable to overuse injuries.
April 6th - building the core and a strong foundation - discover the "back abs" and "spiral abs" you never knew you had
May 6th - building strong shoulders, elbows, and fingers - bringing the core and upper body together to prevent injury and improve climbing performance
June 3rd - building our lower body power - our hips and legs are where we generate the most power and elastic energy, developing mobility and stability here will transform how we move on and off the wall
